SmartDispatch combines detailed member information from SmartProfile with provider information captured through SmartCred to power a machine learning algorithm to identify the “best fit” provider for a given passenger. Providers are automatically selected based on the member’s profile, matching member attributes like required assistive devices, language, and preferred mode of transportation with provider availability, languages spoken, vehicle type, and quality scores.
Trip volume is our currency. Trips are assigned to providers based on quality scores, not price. We improve quality by aligning revenue incentives and providing drivers with the tools, technology, and training to help them better manage their businesses.
